Full Fall Day

It was beautiful here today - our first real fall day: crisp, cool, sunny -- perfect!! Tina was busy this morning with Spring Street Outreach. All the seniors were so happy to have the program start after our summer hiatus -- and it was fun for the volunteers to see them again. It felt like a family reunion. Mary Clare stayed at home with our friend/housekeeper/baby sitter Oksana.

You can see the before and after in these photos - it takes a lot of work to go from an empty room, to 6 set tables full of food, but it is alot of fun, too.

This afternoon we met up with some friends at Pinkerton Park to enjoy the weather and the sandbox. You can see Mary Clare wasn't thrilled about being left in the sandbox alone. Her friend Kate couldn't figure out why she was so upset!

Mary Clare's Papa Joe and Grammy are coming for a visit tomorrow. We are looking forward to the visit and have some fun planned!
