Today was the annual Rodeo parade in Franklin. It's a really fun, small-town event and we hosted a party to watch the parade go by the house. This year was especially fun because Mary Clare was old enough to enjoy it, and so were her friends. 
Here she is in her cowboy hat pointing at the horses. Later she enjoyed some watermelon outside her new play house.
By the end of the day she was pretty tired, but happy!
The house renovation is nearly complete. The finishing touches were completed on the bathroom and all the painting is done. Early next week the original hardwood floor in the baby's room will be refinished. Then we can finally get the nursery done. I'll try to post some photos tomorrow.
