Erin update - 9 months!

Erin turned 9 months old (!) on the 18th! I can hardly believe it. A few updates:

She is getting her teeth finally. She has a little nub of a tooth on the left, bottom, and the second bottom tooth is starting to come in.

Also, I never updated about her appt at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital. The specialists think that she will likely outgrow her reflux and thankfully does not have an allergy to wheat. She is getting ready to crawl -- I think it will be soon. She rocks on her hands and knees and manages to scoot around and is trying to pull up on things. She is still our sweet little girl -- she is always smiling and happy. Today I took the girls to run some errands and we stopped in the cafe of a store. Erin was in my lap eating cheerios off the table and Mary Clare was across from me eating her lunch. I guess I was so wrapped up in trying to eat my lunch, help Mary Clare with hers and holding Erin that I didn't really pay much attention to what she was doing. When we were leaving, an elderly woman came over to me and said that she and Erin had been smiling and waving at each other the whole time!

She also had her 9 month doctor's appointment today. Mary Clare was very concerned about Erin's exam and wanted to watch everything that Dr. Townsend did. Her growth is starting to slow down - she's in the 75th percentile for height and weight, and 95th for her head circumference. Here is Mary Clare pushing Erin in her little swing -- and Mary Clare snuggling up with Dylan.
And here is Mary Clare enjoying a veggie burger and some fries.
