Thanksgiving

Oops! I sort of missed posting about Thanksgiving this year! We had a great visit from Grandma. The girls celebrated her birthday by making - and then devouring - a "gingerbread house - birthday cake".

This is a banner (it says, "Give Thanks") that Mary Clare made. It seems to get harder and harder to hold off on heading straight into Christmas each year after Halloween - but I tried!

I just thought this was a cute picture of Erin in her cowgirl boots peeking in Mimo's window to see if she was home.

At school, Erin wrote a story about what she does for Thankgiving Dinner - here is what she said. "We go to Public and buy salmon, strawberriers, brocolli and raisin bread. Cook the salmon in the oven on #7 for 9 mnutes. We sit on the bench to eat it! We have cupcakes too."
