The next day, we headed back to CT for a visit wtih my dad (aka Papa Joe). One of the highlights of that visit was a trip to the Big Apple Circus - a local, one-ring circus. The girls - including myself - really enjoyed it!
We had front-row seats, so were up close to the action - including this very funny clown.
We couldn't believe it when this act came out --

One night we went out for dinner and the waiters sang "Happy Birthday" to the girls and brought them candles in cake -- they loved it!
