Photo Blackout

Well, unfortunately it looks like carrying my digital camera around everywhere has taken its toll -- it's broken. So, for the foreseeable future we won't have many (if any) pics to post on our blog. Which is actually a good thing (for me) given that Mary Clare's favorite new game is having Mommy wear a fireman's hat around the house -- at all times!

The weather has been pretty mild in Tennessee so we've been able to visit the park a few times in the last few days and take several long walks in her wagon. Yesterday I bought her a large beach ball and she had fun chasing it around the tennis court at the park. Mary Clare's music class started up again this morning and she had a great time dancing, playing the harmonica (really!), and seeing her friends. She is only taking one nap each day which means that I have had to get more creative in order to keep her from getting bored. I have discovered that we have a little crafter on our hands -- she loves, loves, loves Play Doh! This morning she spent nearly 45 minutes sitting in her high chair stamping shapes and rolling bolls out of the fluorescent-colored glop. It makes us both very happy!
