Little Ballerina

On Saturday Mary Clare took her first ballet class. It was too adorable - twenty little three-year-old girls in pink leotards and ballet shoes -- so sweet my teeth practically ached!! Here is Mary Clare cuddling with Daddy before the girls were called into class (alone). No parents were allowed - we all crowded into the waiting room and watched on a small closed-circuit tv.

Here she is with her friend Chloe after the class. They had a blast -- it was fun watching them demonstrate their new moves - the classic ballet stances of the "monkey" and the "train dance." I guess they'll get to the other stuff later!
