Last Friday I took the girls to Cheekwood Botanical Garden in Nashville for a picnic. I love going there because I love to garden and I get so inspired walking through the different gardens. the girls love it because each season they have a different type of chid-friendly show. The garden is also an art museum and they often have outdoor art installation for kids. For autumn this year, they have dozens and dozens of different scarecrows. My camera battery died, so I only have a picture of our picnic next to a small pond and one scarecrow that Mary Clare thought was Jasmine ( a Disney princess). In actuality, she was a scarecrow named "Diaper Genie" by a mom's club that created her!
