Today Erin went to one of her first 'solo' birthday parties (one that only she was invited to, and not Mary Clare). Mary Clare was a tiny bit jealous, but really handled it great. She even helped Erin to make cards for the birthday boys (twins from her class at school). Here she is giving Erin a hug before she went to the party. Erin is wearing a hand-me-down Raggedy Ann dress that I love, and Mary Clare is wearing her uniform (her nightgown).
For Christmas, Papa Joe and Grammy gave us this cool gadget that peels, cores and slices apples. The girls have had a ball playing with it - as you can see!
Here they are showing you how long the peels are when they are done.
Last week, both girls were sick with head colds. One day they spent in our bed watching videos and sniffling - here they are looking pretty miserable!
Later in the day, Erin was feeling better and decided to have a picnic in her room with ALL of her stuffed animals.
By the end of the week they were feeling much better and had some fun outside on the playset!
