I am getting caught up on the blog today with lots of miscellaneous pictures. Here are two cute pictures of the girls with our babysitter Angie. I took this at Sweet Cece's - a new frozen yogurt shop that opened up down the street that the girls (and I!) love. It is self-serve with a topping bar and the girls love mixing the flavors and toppings. We have made it a tradition to stop on Tuesdays on the way home from picking Mary Clare up after dance. YUMMY!
On Friday's Mary Clare's school has an assembly that is open to the families. Erin just loves going and has memorized the BGA school song! In fact, she has changed the lyrics to fit her own situation -- "Hey, hey, what do you say, I go to prechool!" Here she is rocking out to a concert by Roger Day (a BGA parent and widely acclaimed children's musician). She is a big fan!
And one more of Erin's creations! You can see her posing at the top of the stair with all her friends. Kirby is at the bottom. He has become a sort of imaginary friend for Erin. She tells us all sorts of things about him, "Kirby said this, Kirby did that." For example, "Kirby took me to Target today. " or "Kirby's grandmother is a firefighter." Her imagination is boundless!
