Hi everyone -- just wanted to check in -- we've had a quiet week around here. On New Year's Day Roger bought a new widescreen tv. As you can see, Mary Clare is already enjoying it. Here she is watching while Erin practices her rolling over skills. Mary Clare is back at school today. We have the electricians here putting in some new outlets and installing ceiling fans on the porch. We have waited for these fans since the porch was hit by the tree (over a year!). I think we are on some electrician black list - it's hard to believe they will be in today!
The weather has been mild so Roger and Mary Clare had some time at the park this weekend. Yesterday, we were the sponsors for some friends who were being confirmed in the Episcopal church that we attend. Last night our neighbor's daughter had her 5th birthday party and Mary Clare had a ball. They had a popcorn machine in their kitchen -- she loves popcorn and thought that was just incredible. And then she saw the full-size Barbie play house in their daughter's room and she thought she's gone to heaven! I wasn't sure we'd get her to leave for bed! Hope everyone has a great week!
