On November 10th we celebrated Erin's Special Day at school. Each child makes a poster of pictures, brings in their favorite snack to share as well as a book and a CD of a song. Here were Erin's selections:- Snack: bananas and marshmallows
- Book: The Three Little Pigs
- Song: Splish Splash I was Taking A Bath
And of course, for her special person -- Mimo!!
And a very happy update about Erin's friend Madelyn -- she was able to come home from the hospital yesterday! Her leukemic cells have dropped below 1% and her immune system is starting to rebuild. Yay! What a wonderful way to celebrate Thanksgiving -- we are all so very thankful for this great news.
