Sweet sisters

Erin and Mary Clare are such sweet sisters - most of the time. When Roger and Mary Clare leave for school each morning, Erin often stands at the door and cries for her. Some days, she asks me for pancakes and after I put them on her plate, she cuts her bananas into pieces and makes a 'sad face.' I think she mostly does this to be funny, but also because she misses her buddy. When we pick Mary Clare up from school, Erin hangs out the car window and screams "hello big sissy - the best sissy in the whole wide world!!!!" Mary Clare also loves to read to her sister and to play "teacher." Erin is picking up quite a bit of math!
