Grandma!

This past week, my mom was in town visiting. It was a huge help since we had a busy week. Mary Clare didn't have school on Wednesday due to a teacher development day. On Thursday, I ran my outreach program for senior citizens - - it was a big success and we had a great time, but it is a lot of work and it helps to have the girls at home. As soon as I finished with that program I headed to a conference on historic preservation. I have been serving on the Historic Zoning Commission for more than a year now and it was a great opportunity to learn even more.


Mary Clare and Erin really loved the extra attention from Grandma. Here is Mary Clare reading on the porch with Grandma. The weather has continued to be beautiful -- you can see that our trees and tulips are blooming beautifully.
