Happy Easter!

Happy Easter everyone! Yesterday we had an Easter egg hunt in the neighborhood. Here are Roger and Erin saying hello to the Easter Bunny. Unfortunately, Mary Clare was *really* scared of the visitor and stayed inside watching through the window -- every time someone came in she would scream - "Close the door, close the door!" She was so afraid the "Big Bunny" would come inside. And she woke up three times last night with nightmares about a big rabbit. So, before bed we put the girls' baskets out on the porch so the Easter Bunny wouldn't have to come inside to fill them up. You can see she also left two carrots (one from her and one from Erin) and a note specifying purple (grape) lollips "please!".

This morning the girls had fun finding their Easter baskets and the eggs hidden around the house. You can see Erin loved her bunny ears and Mary Clare enjoyed her lollipop!

After breakfast and Erin's morning nap we went to church. Mary Clare thought the organs were too loud and Erin was a little fussy (her 2nd tooth is coming through) so we spent much of our time in the over-flow room watching the service on TV. Here are the girls in their Easter finery. Mary Clare loved her Easter dress and took off her coat to show everyone.
