Let it Snow!

Well, I was wrong -- it DID snow yesterday! Although, as you can see, Mary Clare was less than thrilled about it. She loved looking out her window in the morning and seeing the snow on the ground and wanted to go, "Out, Out, Out!!!" But once she got out in it, she wanted Roger to clean the snow off of her boots and then decided it was to cold. I guess she's a southern girl after all!

Later in the morning we headed out to get Mary Clare's haircut. It was sort of a nightmare -- she just hated her last experience and started saying, "No comb my hair!" as soon we as left the house. Luckily we were the only ones there and the woman cutting her hair was very nice. She did cry and scream the whole time (and I had to hold her down in my lap), but afterwards she seemed to be excited about her new hair cut. You can see her showing it off here in her rainbow PJs. The sad thing about her hair cut is that all her curls are gone! sniff - I'm hoping when I wash it next that the curls bounce back.

Erin is doing well - her rolling and sitting are getting better every day. She can now sit up for short periods without any assistance and this morning she rolled over like a log from one end of the playroom to the other. When she came to a rest, she looked up at me, laughed, and clapped her hands. Too cute.
